PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION:

Methylcobalamin:
The most potent form of Vitamin B12. It is needed for the healthy development and sustenance of our circulatory, immune, and nervous systems.

Vitamin D3: 
Vitamin D3 or cholecalciferol is much more than a vitamin. It is the precursor of calcitriol, one of the most potent hormones. As a hormone, it affects development and health from conception to the end of life. It promotes calcium absorption and functions for healthy teeth and bones, prevents loss of bone mass, and treats bone disorders.

Zinc gluconate: 
Zinc salt of gluconic acid. It is particularly important in both pregnancy and also childhood for proper development. Enhances immune function.

Lysine Hydrochloride: 
Lysine is vital for proper growth and plays an essential role in the production of carnitine, a nutrient responsible for converting fat into energy. Lysine also assists in the repair of muscle cells, strengthening the immune system, and promotes the secretion of several hormones, including growth hormone.

Niacinamide: 
Niacinamide is one of the water-soluble B-complex vitamins. Niacin, or nicotinic acid, is also known as Vitamin B-3. When an amide molecule attaches itself to niacin, it becomes niacinamide. Vitamin B3 is required by the body for digestive processes, activating enzymes that nourish the brain, regulating blood pressure and regulating cholesterol levels.

Biotin: 
Also known as vitamin H or coenzyme R, is a water-soluble B-vitamin (vitamin B7). Biotin is used to turn carbohydrates, protein, and fat into energy. Biotin is necessary for the nervous system’s proper function and for keeping eyes, hair, liver, and skin healthy.

Folic acid: 
Folic acid is a water-soluble B vitamin. Folic acid is needed for the proper development of the human body. It is involved in producing the genetic material called DNA and in numerous other bodily functions.

INDICATIONS:
As supportive therapy in general debility, for general well-being, prescription with antibiotics/antifungals, for well being, In gynaecological care.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Mycomin-Z is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients in the preparation. Patients have abnormal kidney functions.

ADVERSE REACTIONS:
Water-soluble vitamins can cause toxicity in patients with abnormal renal functions.
