DESCRIPTION:
Hydroquinone is the primary topical ingredient for inhibiting melanin production and has potent antioxidant abilities. Tretinoin treats and reduces the appearance of marks by increasing collagen production in the dermis. Fluocinolone Acetonide not only reduces inflammation as a side effect of both hydroquinone and tretinoin but also inhibits melanocyte metabolism.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:
Hydroquinone produces reversible lightening of the skin by interfering with melanin production by the melanocytes. Specifically, inhibition of the enzymatic conversion of tyrosine to DOPA (dihydroxyphenylalanine) results in the desired chemical reduction of pigment. Ultimately, this causes a decrease in the number of melanocytes and decreased transfer of melanin leading to lighter skin.

INDICATIONS:
Double action remedy for hyperpigmentation that helps to reduce scars, marks, blemishes, post-pimple scars, stretch scars, dark circles under the eyes and burn scars.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not go out in sun after applying this cream. The use of this product should be discontinued if hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients is noticed.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Apply and massage gently till the cream is fully absorbed. The quantum of cream to be applied will depend on the extent of absorption in the skin and the area to be applied. Only one application is advised at night.

SIDE EFFECTS:
Sensitive or thinning of the skin, redness, irritation, and burning or mild skin rash may occur when this medication is first applied to the skin.

DOSAGE:
As directed by the physician.
